| Our philosophy The philosophy of the MCIF Education site is to allow women and men to see and realize their potential by providing an atmosphere of loving acceptance and encouragement among the staff and participants. Immigrants, primarily women who are Spanish speaking, improve their ability to speak English, enhance their education, and develop leadership skills. |
